In January, I started Aymee Coget’s 3 month sustainable happiness makeover. What I feel was most significant was that I learned how to cultivate sustainable happiness....meaning, it is nature and the human condition to go in and out of balance. To perhaps experience trouble, obstacles, etc....and negative emotions are part of that process. But I learned through my happiness training how I can choose to respond authentically to what occurs in life rather than react. I don't have to be consumed by negative patterns. I can change them. Therefore, I learned how to think, feel and act differently so I can sustain my happiness and well being no matter what happens. I am very grateful I had the opportunity to do the work with Aymee and I recommend it to the world.
