The Happiness Makeover is a joyful process with real results. I truly feel more in control of my life, my emotions, and my sense of gratitude as a direct result of working over the phone for one hour, once a week, for 3 months. I'm amazed and thrilled. I didn't think the Makeover was going to have such a positive effect.
